Of course, sometimes things do need to be returned. If this is the case, then we try to make this as easy as possible.
The EU Directive of 13 June 2014 is the legislation that protects you in terms of a website’s returns policy; we cheerfully exceed the requirements of this. We don’t have any hidden charges and we don’t pre-tick any response boxes.
So, if you find that something doesn’t fit your balcony, or the colour isn’t quite right for you, then just drop us an email and we’ll take it from there. It’s email@example.com
(The only exception is where we’ve made goods to order for you, or we’ve personalised them on your behalf – in which case we can only take them back if the items are faulty.)
